Deposits
To secure a booking all we require is a 25% deposit. Visa (0% Merchant Fee), MasterCard (0% Merchant Fee) or PayPal (2.6% Merchant Fee) can be used if paying online. It is also possible to pay the deposit by direct electronic transfer. Contact us and we will provide our banking details for doing so.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is from 2:00pm
Check-out time is by 10:00am
Please be aware that if you arrive before check-in, you may find the property locked and no-one to attend to you due to operational issues.
Booking Conditions
If you choose to make a booking, please be aware that smoking inside the Villa is strictly prohibited. This is one of our very few rules whilst staying at Seclude. Smokers are more than welcome to smoke anywhere else on the property including outside under the balconies of the Villa.
The other main point to note is that we do not cater for children (which includes infants). Seclude is an "adults only" property and as such we will refuse entry to any persons under 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policies
If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded less a $50 administration fee if at least 28 days notice is given.
Cancellations with less than 28 days notice or "no shows" will result in the loss of deposit.
If there is a change in dates which shortens the original booking, the original booking cost will still apply Any changes to extend the stay dates, utilising the original dates booked, will not be penalised. Changes in stay dates, which do not utilise the original dates booked, will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above. There are no refunds or credits issued for early departures
